Can I look up words that are less than 4 characters in the Keyword Destination tool?

Each word in a broad match report must be at least 4 characters. However, there are two alternatives to run queries containing words with less than 4 characters. One option is to run an exact match report which has no limitation on the number of characters each word must have. Alternatively if you are looking for a short word as part of a phrase you can put the entire phrase in quotes and run a broad match on the entire phrase as it is.

For instance instead of [las vegas] enter ["las vegas"]. This will return all searches containing the phrase 'las vegas' but not searches containing combinations of the words 'las' and 'vegas' beyond those that contain 'las vegas'.
