If I see a keyword in the Comparison results, how can I easily run a "Keyword Destination Report" for that keyword phrase?

To run a "Keyword Destination Report" for a phrase you see in the list, simply click on that phrase in the list, select whether you want a "Broad" or "Exact Match" report (viewable after clicking on the phrase), and a "Keyword Destination Report" for that phrase will be generated. Please note that this will use up reports in the same way that a standard report does.
